Screen Sharing | WordPress | Support | Tutorial | Training

September 28, 2014 By Jon Burr

We offer support, help, tutorial and training services for WordPress websites using Screen Sharing technology.

#join.me #screenshareUsing the free service provided by http://join.me, you can grant us access to your desktop, and share control of your mouse and keyboard while we stay connected on the telephone.

Screen Sharing

Access is secure, granted by special code that expires immediately on termination. Nobody gains access to your machine without your specific permission through the screen sharing application. When the session ends, sharing ends. The session can be terminated immediately by either party at any time

WordPress

Although it’s the most widely used, best supported content management system for websites, WordPress is “Open Source,” developed by a community of cooperating people, for free.

Many of its features are confusing and hard to understand for beginner and intermediate users alike. Since there is no “manufacturer,” users are on their own for training and support.

There are many free sources for help, including the WordPress forums, video tutorials, and wonderful websites like wpbeginner.com, with massive amounts of information…but finding the answer you need can take hours.

Tutorial

You need to know the right question to ask, and find where to ask it.

Save time and money. Get expert help. You don’t have to do it all yourself. Don’t give up! Get a tutorial from a WordPress whiz.

Support

Who do you call for WordPress support? Some premium theme developers offer limited support over the phone, but most refer users to the WordPress.org forums. Wouldn’t it be great to have an accessible expert for an immediate solution?

Some users need help with file management, downloading, uploading, copying/pasting, and finding things on their own computer. Screen sharing can help.

Training

Ask a question. Get an answer immediately while you watch the solution being performed.

Learn from an expert who loves to teach, who’s been in your situation and knows how you feel.

As useful as training videos are, it can be time-consuming finding the video with the answer you need.

Cut to the chase with interactive screen sharing!
